Everyone know this sport takes two to do great PPV numbers but clearly one fighter can draw more against one opponent that another fighter.

Either way, Pac and Floyd are both great draws, if pinned together. I could see it easily breaking DLH-Floyd

HBO has announced that the March 13 Manny Pacquiao vs Joshua Clottey PPV telecast generated 700,000 buys and generated $35.3 million in revenue. HBO’s Mark Taffet said the event “significantly exceeded our expectations.”

Them jokers loss money on this fight ...stadium bill 25 mil

PAC got /or supposely got between 17 to 20 mil

Clottey got /or supposely got between 1.5 or 3 mil

This could only mean that ARum had to colect big on the stadium profits /or somebody took a major loss.

Thats what you get you Joker .

PAC (mostly alone) draws 700k. It will be a disgrace if Mosley-Floyd will not get at least 1.3 million.

lol. A disgrace if they sell 1.3 million making it the 9th highest grossing PPV boxing match in history.

With that being said, don't worry, it'll do more than 1.3MM.

I think you need to explain a little better because I can't figure out how 1.3MM is a disgrace since it would represent the 9th highest PPV total in history. :huh

    Pac/Cotto did 1.25.

    Pac draws 700,000

    Therefore...

    Cotto draws 550,000

    Am I doing that right?

There you go. :good Granting PAC and Floyd has equal drawing power nowadays and Mosley a bit higher draw than Cotto then Mosley-Floyd should do at least 1.3 M. Anything less is a disgrace (overstatement).

That's not true. Shane has a name..but he's never been a draw (at the gate or on PPV). That's why he fought on the undercards of Margarito-Cintron I and Barrera-Peden. The Cotto-Margarito PPV sold nearly 100k more than Cotto-Mosley.
