    Roach says Pac is fighting Clottey. More from him on ESPN at 6 with some additional news/insight. Not thread-worthy, but whatever.

    4 o'clock eastern ESPN just had an Update and in it they said Freddy Roach just told them that manny has agreed to fight Clottey...So seriously there is like two days to get may/pac done or its all she wrote till the fall if ever!!!

    Arum is telling anyone who will listen that they will be fighting at Cowboy stadium and that it will be confirmed next week.

    The more and more silly that Arum gets, the more i believe they will strike a deal with Mayweather.

    I mean, I've been big today supporting Clottey as a legitimate fight for Pac, but really, Cowboy stadium for this fight?!!

    Clottey is a serious fight. But it's not the fight everyone wants to see. So Arum and Pac should think about the 14 day deal first. I have a feeling Pac doesn't know all these details. That is sad, if true.

    Pac won't sell out Cowboy stadium against Clottey. How the **** you gunna sell that fight outside of Manny?

    Manny Pac against.. against... the guy who was beaten by the guy Manny just destroyed!

    Could you explain when Roach said "Pacquiao agreed to fight Clottey". If Pacquiao agreed to fight Clottey, why can't he agree to fight Mayweather? You don't just throw a 40 million dollar fight out of the window without nothing every detail.

    I like the fight against Clottey, but no way they are selling out Cowboys Stadium. Heck, I think they will may'be sell out MGM, but no way Cowboys Stadium. I love the fight as a Boxing fanatic, but casual fans won't want to watch this fight. So, whatever **** them.

    It was quick. Roach basically said they had agreed to have Clottey as Pac's next opponent. More news should come out at 6PM Eastern from Roach himself...

    That was Vinny Scolpino, Josh Clottey's manager. He told me he and Bob talked money in the last hour or two and they have agreed on their end of the fight. He said Clottey was ecstatic and will be returning to the US from Ghana on Monday. Nothing signed yet, not official but their side is in.
