The Klitschko's run around like a fairy all night, specially Wlad. Pac goes in there to destroy, not his fault his opponent is in survival mode...wasnt much more Pac could do to finish the fight. Klitschko's meanwhile have the ability to finish the fight, they just wont...god knows why, thats why I find them frustrating to watch.

 

Nobody should be mad at pacman and I don't really think anyone is. I'm more upset at Clottey doing nothing. No matter what not even the most extreme pacman fans can say clottey gave a great effort. It really looked like he showed up for a check from Arum. I mean its a title fight against one of the most popular boxers ever and you do nothing but cover up and shake your head when your "trainer" tells you to take more chances over and over again.

 

Clottey had a very good defense, which leads me to think that if Pac can manage to improve his ability to cut off a fighter, he will have a much easier time handling Mayweather.

Who scored the Margarito fight a draw?

 

Many people scored Marquez/Pac II for Marquez as well. But Pac still won. Only 3 people matter and they gave Margarito the win.

Clottey loses. If finds ways to lose whenever he steps up. Pac is better than Margarito. I would expect a commensurately better performance. Margarito is one step up from a bum. Pac is absolutely world class.

Anyway, my response was the the poster who asked something like "who has ever thrown and landed so much against Clottey". I pointed out that Margarito did. But more.

 

Clottey's defense and Mayweather's defense are world's apart in how they go about it.

 

Mayweather's defense is nothing like Clottey's. He turns, slips, ducks, and counters WHILE evading. Clottey does none of those things.

I'd classify that all under the umbrella of evading (except for countering). What I meant to say was if Pac can corner him he will just bulldoze his way in just like he did tonight.
