I think he should challenge Floyd for the last time saying if he doesn't fight him next year he'll go down to 140. He'll have to follow him there if he wants the fight after that (won't happen).

Manny weighing in 144 means he is going to box and win a decision probably. If he stops Margarito he stops him like he stopped Oscar.

Talking about Brandon Rios and most California fighters. When it comes to California fighters I am a little simplistic. I live in California. I used to live in Orange County, but recently moved up north. Most California fighters become limited brawlers when matched with a good fighter. I used to go to Westminster boxing club and they rarely taught guys a jab like Hearns or Hagler had or movement like those guys had. Always moving the head and plodding forward, and if they had speed they could beat the movers who were not as good, but that style always became a limitation with cuts and swelling. The idea is to move the head and be defensive and be in range to fight is what I have seen around California, yet against a fast great guy it always ends up as a loss. Rios will not be that great and will end up not being mobile enough for the real greats who know the whole game. The style of California works better in the amatuer ranks then when they move to professional and fight motivated guys who learn how to go rounds and land punches.

if the bigger paying opponents are at 135, pac can still make it if he needs to. only in his fight against hatton last year, he weighed-in 138 with no problem.

I could never see Manny fighting below 140lbs ever again.
    JR. Welterweight/Welterweight absolutely.

If he wins tonight tho... 147lbs would prob be where he ends his career.

He can EASILY make 140lbs without trying. without fkn trying. He can go down and clean out Bradley/Alexander/Khan/Maidana if he had a few more years in him.

Pacquiao will lose interest in boxing before his body forces him out thats for sure.

i can't even imagine how good he would be at 135. he would utterly annihilate jmm at this point, imo.
