    It goes both ways
If Cotto wants a sweet revenge, it should be at 147.
If Manny wants a non controversial 8th title, it should be at 154
If either none or both of the above, catchweight with title is fair.

i'd say to pac, **** 154! if pac could take miguel's body punches at ww, he'll surely be twitching in pain if he ever receives a left body hook from a 154 cotto. pac's optimum weight is 144-149, if he goes more than that, his speed and power will be greatly diminished against a 160 lber.

if miguel seeks rematch against pac at 147 (no catchweight), pac still ktfo10 cotto.

pac better fight berto rather than a rematch with cotto at 148-154 catchweight bulshiyt.

Quite frankly, I've no wish to see Pac v Cotto again. Saw it once, Cotto got outclassed, no reason to think the weight had anything to do with it or that a second fight would be an different.

I just find it funny that while the general attitude of the forum is usually '**** alphabetty title organisations with their myriad titles and ever changeable 'rules'', suddenly a bunch of people decide to get all precious about the titles when they have an agenda to feed.

Foreman, who never should have been considered anywhere near World title class fought Cotto, who had never fought at the weight before, for the WBA title. Are you really that concerned about the integrity of a title that is awarded like that? It's the WBA anyway, and they're probably just realising that they only have one world champion at 154, expect an interim champion by next month.

You want Pacquiao to fight Martinez for 'the 154 belt'. This will be the WBC belt that Martinez has held for 14 months without ever winning a fight for it or defending it? Wow, yeah, that sounds like a championship that we should be really concerned with defending the integrity of!

I don't care to see Pacquiao v Cotto again, though I guess I'd watch it if it happened. If it did, I wouldn't care two jots what weight the two fighters chose to agree at. I'm certainly not going to get all precious because the venerable traditions and solid integrity of the Interim ABC Silver Ordinary World Championship is being jeopardised.

Pac does not need a catch weight to knock Cotto out.
