Pac-Cotto II at a catchweight of 148 for the 154 Title. Is it Moral?

If Pac wants a title at 154....he should fight Martinez for it.....does martinez even have a title at 154?

Nobody is forcing Pacquiao to take the fight but if he is going to fight a JMW champion then should fight for the title on the JMW champ grounds.

 

Martinez has managed to hold the WBC title despite never having fought in a title fight for it..

 

He held the interim. For a reason.

You'd think that when an interim title got upgraded to the full one that they'd want you to defend it within, say, a couple of months though....

 

Because they are forcing him for whatever reason to choose between 160 and 154.
