Love how some dumbasses are acting like this is official.

Thats not going to happen,If Floyd grows a pair hes next for Pac.

As for Cotto i would like Arum to stop with the bull**** and let Cotto fight Williams next, theres nothing to fear there.

I'd actually **** myself if all the people crying last time that Pac v Cotto should be at 147lbs were all of a rage because they were fighting at 148lbs. It's nearly worth wanting it to happen just to cause a few comedy coronaries.

    Ahh.

Well he has a year to defend it, and was set to fight Pavlik at 160 for their title before the year would end for his mando needed.

So.. it comes down to they want him to choose.

He'll probably keep the 160 title.

    Fair point.:good

But for the 154 pound belt, I think he should fight at 154.

Paulina Williams is nothing to fear, it took Paulina 13 rounds to dispose of Quintana while Cottoe beat him in 5 rounds.:yep

Paul withstood the brick and mortar that is Antonio Magarito, and came out in the 12th Round to dominate, but -

If Pac fights him again at another catch weight I will be appalled. Cotto is the 154 champion, not the 150 or 148 champion. If you want his belt, fight the champion when he is the champion! Cotto is only the champion right now when he is fighting with the 154 limit intact.

However saying that, the blame should fall mostly on the organisations that sanction this crap. Greedy *******s allowing catch weights just so they can get paid.

I'm not against them fighting at a catch weight, a reasonable one that Cotto can make comfortably, but if they do, I would rather there was no belt on the line.

    :good

That's all any reasonable fan can ask.

Fight him at whatever weight. But for the belt, it should be at 154.:good
