Why has nobody suggested Pacquiao v Martinez at 148 for WBC light middleweight and middleweight titles? :good

If this fight i put together it should be @ 154. I still think pac beats him, but if your gonna collect belts @ the expense of a guy you already beat easily, then you should do it @ the real weight. If cotto takes this fight @ anthing less than 154 he would be doing it for the big pay day. I'm not taking anything away from pac though, if cotto agrees it's his fault.

This is the one reason why I never put Pac over Mayweather. Floyd when moving up to capture a title fought at the legitiment weight (no catch weight) How could there even be a debate between which one of them are the better fighter?
