LMAO at people saying their isnt a size difference, Cotto has drained 10-15lbs of water to make weight, Micheal Jennings said he looked 2 weight classes bigger when he steps in the ring, Manny will probably be outweighed by 10lbs+++ and it'll be noticable in the ring
Cating aside who is or isn't going to win, Manny is a FREAK! The guy started his pro career at 108lbs. Granted, back in the day, he was one of the most prolific weight drainers in the sport, but even so, you wonder how a guy can keep putting weight on, moving up the divisions & still keep his speed, power, movement, intensity? Some guys could move up, put weight on, but you would actually see extra fat on them, even if they did add some muscle aswell. Where-as with Pacquaio, there is not an ounce of fat spare on the guy. To move up the way he has is an accomplishment in itself! All the pressure is on Manny. Cotto looks more focused than he's ever been. I picked Cotto a few weeks after this one was announced & I still stand by that prediction. The way he has been overlooked & sold short is a disgrace! Cotto is a much better fighter than Hatton & De La Hoya!
Cotto looks bigger to me and he will also gain a lot of weight before the fight. I remember he looked small against Judah at the weight in and then was visibly bigger in the ring. Very similar case with Abraham and Pavlik, they look small at the weight in but in the ring they look huge.
