What if Pac could have grabbed a belt at 115 and 118, wouldn't that make him a 6 division champ already.

yup. should have. but hey, you can't compain on the way things turned out for that dude. if he stayed at 115 and 118, he may still be fighting thai bums for peanuts today

And frankly I think it would have hurt his career.
Pac fought quality all the way up, especially after he bagged the title at 122.

Wasting a couple of more years pontentially toiling to fight for a title owned by a little known fighter wouldnt have put him in the position he is in today.

IMHO, had Pac had the same management team and Roach back then, it certainly would've happened.

First, they would know if Pac can't make 112 anymore(unlike the the first trainer he had) thereby guarantees a move to 115.

Next, those two years Pac toiled in obscurity would've been too good use had we won the 115 & 118 title along the way. Not all his defenses of WBC international title over relative unknowns.

Definitely, he'll also get a good shot at 122 as he is a former champ at 118(Especially if it was Tim Austin that he beat)

it was a 10lb jump from 112 to 122. Smaller weights have smaller gaps compared to bigger weights so its pretty easy to move up. Plus its normal, he's a teenager at 112. I think he fought at 118 before moving up to 122

i disagree. ih pac wasted years at 115 and 118, there is a possibility that he could have not gotten a big break. if he became a monster at 115 or 118, the boys at 122 and 126 will be wary of him and could avoid him altogether.

note that pac was just a replacement for the guy who ledwaba was supposed to fight. if pac was a name fighter at 115 or 118, he could have not gotten that match which as we all know was the first step to his superstardom.

yes, it would have been nice to call him a six division champ, but this is all in retrospect. his career could have taken a wrong turn in those years he could still have been a nobody today.

nope, after he lost his wbc 112 title, hi next fight was against reynante jamili for the 122 wbc intl belt. that was a cool fight for pac. both filipinos but you know who the crowd wanted to win

I never thought of it that way but your right. Maybe MAB would have also avoided PAC if he was already a certified monster.

Or at least would have put more thought into a fight with PAC!
