Except Mora was actually landing shots on Mosley. Pac actually landed cleaner shots than Mosley on sat.
not in a lawsuit with Andre Berto...plus Berto under the same manager... g2g but i saw one good reason:good
i agree that he did land cleaner shots..doesnt change the fact that shane was able to get out the way.. then again a cramp in the leg will do that and that is a fair rebuttal imo:thumbsup
shane landed about 3 or 4 right hands that i can remember. Exposed is hardly the word. If anything it showed even Pac can have an off night, and it's not easy making a fight with somebody who isn't engaging at all.
This content is protected Manny Pacquiao is 1-0-1 against the best counter puncher in boxing. The 2nd best is from his Manny's country but grew up in California.
You're a clown .... he beat the crap out of and hurt Mosley worse than he ever has been hurt. He chased a much bigger guy with a longer reach around the entire fight... Had Molsey, a self proclaimed warrior, backing up and practically running for most the fight.
yeah an easy paycheck fight with andre fraud berto.. the look on floyd's face when that fight went to sh*t was priceless.
You didnt find dropping a completely defensive minded Shane Mosley with one punch impressive? You didnt find having Mosley running for dear life in the 11th and 12th rounds impressive? I agree, there are things for Pac to go work on, he seemed bothered by Mosleys length, and he didnt do as much lateral movement as I would have liked, or cutting of the ring (this may or may not be due to his 'legs' like he said) and he didnt seem as fast or as sharp as Im used to. But to say he didnt impress when he was only the second person to ever drop mosley, winning practically every round, and having mosley running for dear life, idk....
I just watched it again, Pac was able to land very cleanly, very often... as often as possible against a guy who was in full retreat and is a bigger guy.
I do believe he had a cramped leg, and I don't believe he was exposed, he is getting older each fight, he never will be the bouncy dude we saw 3 years ago, its just boxing and life, you never re-enter the ring the way you last left it. He's still dominant though, and has enough left to win some big fights, but if we think we are going to see the Pac of 2005 again, we're all crazy. Ring life has a short span and the guy is 16 years into a pro career here. He did what he could given the opponent, and still totally dominated the fight. I hope he gets some better opponents in front of him, because he needs that to shine, we all know that by the way he bounces right back ala Aaron Pryor after getting rocked, he likes to trade and get caught sometimes, it fires him up.
The PED user looked just fine. He's looked exactly like he did since the Morales rematches to present. No better or worse. Pacquiao is still suceptible to getting countered with straight right hands if you move away from his left. The only problem is there are only 2 fighters at 147 lbs and below who are vesatile enough offensively to get that done. Pacquiao is still Pacquiao, and if Marquez has'nt physically regressed to much since his fight with Pacquiao over 3 years ago, we're going to see Pacquiao countered silly once again. Hopefully the fight gets made fair at 140 lbs, and the Pacquiao express train gets derailed again if not officially, unofficially. The fans will know who the winner is!:deal
