Science has nothing to do with it.

That small amount of blood isn't enough to physically harm him, no, but it's the mental aspect. People react to things in different ways, like heights or confined spaces. You can't use science to say that someones beliefs are nonsense.

Science is not a factor in this because it's the mental affect of blood being taken, not physical.
