The Marion Jones situation was apparently before 2004. They didn't start testing for blood until 2004 and in 2000 they tested for EPO through blood I believe.
You will be arguing with Philla all day. Pac cant do no wrong according to him. The fact that Pac agreed to do any testing they wanted at the beginning of negotiations to then back track, is what caused this trouble to begin with. If he said from the get go, i wont do any external testing that is not under the commission rules, then we may have never got to this point. But pac in principle accepted any testing, then back tracked on the random testing clause. This is what caused the fight to collapse as floyd had agreed to pay 10 million dollars penalty for coming in over weight.
I don't believe Pac is on anything. Nor do I need proof to believe him. But, he should of never agreed to the test in the first place.
Pac can definately do wrong. I've said many times he is terrible in fight negotiations. Not because he is scared, doping, or any other of these things haters are accusing him of. But rather because he makes dumb ass statements all the time due to poor quality representatives and terrible PR judgement.
You really are an ignorant little ****. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3271173 SAN FRANCISCO -- A federal judge told prosecutors to redraft their multiple-count indictment of Barry Bonds and ordered the slugger's 2003 grand jury testimony unsealed on Friday. Among other information contained in the unsealed 149-page court transcript is evidence of an additional positive steroids test beyond the previously reported one in November 2000, sources familiar with the government's evidence told ESPN's T.J. Quinn. The U.S. Attorney's office had previously disclosed that Bonds tested positive for testosterone, but information about other failed tests has not been previously disclosed. Seriously how can one person be so wrong about every subject in the ****ing world?
when are you going to get it through your thick ****in head, mosely was on designer steroids from balco the clear and the cream both undetectable at the time atschatschatsch don't you know what balco was all about. This content is protected
Nor does Mayweathr, despite what his crackhead dad has stated. (That man lost most of his cred in the days before and after the Pac Hatton fight). The whole ****in' thing was probably a miscalculated mind-game. As there was never any suggestion of drugs, the issue needn't have come up. Most folks know Manny is probably clean. And he's taken some serious risks in his fights for a man who was at 126 a short time ago. And many see Floyd as having avoided dangerous competition. And that's how most see him now.
He did. Are you ignorant of the fact or simply ignore it. The original contract has a maximum limit of 144, which was revised to become at welterweight limit, with 144 as catchweight. Based on nthe original contract (which was revised the night prior to weigh-in), Mayweather can not come above 144, or JMM canb cancell the fight. However, upon revision, Mayweather can come above 144 with corresponding penalty of 300,000 dollars as long as he comes in at welterweight limit. The question of Mayweather breaking the contract? Floyd actually broke both contracts. However, the provisions of the revised contract allowed the fight to continue despite him overweight, and he does not need to lose that weight in two hours time as the usual protocol for fighters who come in overweight. You don't pay penalties if you did not break any, however, in this form, it is a legalized break of contract. EZE, what did JMM gain from signing a revised contract, considering that the original contrat was already disadvantageous to him? 300,000 dollars per pound and a muliti-fight promotional right to Mayweather fights (if he is now a GBP co-owner)?
