I never post here, but the notion of Pac being juiced is plain ******ed. If he has these magic drugs that makes him MILLIONS, then why isn't everyone else doing it? **** if I was a fighter I sure as hell be getting my hands on them. They are "undetectable" after all. Who cares if I might get caught 10-15 years from now. I'll still have my millions. And if I don't get caught, I'd be a legend. Don't give me this "honor" bull**** either, I'm fairly certain thousands of no name fighter would want the same advantage. The fact that Pac is the only one with these attributes actually PROVES that he couldn't be on something illegal. Unless the Pac camp invented this "stuff", other people would have access to it as well. We'd see other fighters doing the same thing. No, Pac would need something that most people can't get their hands on: great genes, extreme hard work and dedication, discipline, etc, etc.
Loads of athletes are on performance-enhancing drugs that cannot be detected. Anyone who's been following any sport closely over the last 20 years knows this. I wouldn't rule out both Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao having used these substances. Shane Mosley has already been implicated in using "designer drugs" (ie. undetectable ones). And who cares anyway ? I say, let them take it. This is PROFESSIONAL boxing, after all.
I've never been a hater of Pacquiao & never will. Forgetting that he's one of the all time greats, how can you not like a guy who always seems to be smiling all the time? He's a likeable guy. However, I'm also a big fan of Floyd. Mayweather might not be to everyone's liking, but there would be no point & things would be rather boring if we were all the same. His talent, skills, dedication, etc is exceptional. If he does a number on Pacquiao, people better not try take the gloss away from such a win. Pacquiao is like superman at the moment, so if Floyd beats him then he is THE MAN! I expect Mayweather to be all business for this fight, no trash talk, just training & dedication! I think Floyd is to a certain extent, passed all that trash talking!
Supposedly, that DID happen once. It was on a Morales fight (1? 2?). Dunno the details, but blood was drawn 1 day or two before the fight. ABS-CBN showed a clip on it on a saturday news segment (w/c is like friday in the US). Claimed PAC was 'Matamlay' or pale during the evening open banquet (and show a few clips to that effect). Dunno if enough was taken to substantially affect his performance, tho.
:good it's just funny how some of the floyd fans buy into what floyd sr is saying. Pac is just a beast who started at 106 and come up all the way to 147 and still be very good. Like roach said when pac starts training he trains like a beast. That is why he has been so successful. HArd work and dedication.
That has to be the worst attempt to pass of some sort of 'expert knowledge' that I've ever seen. Why don't you admit you don't know anything?
If PAC is on roids then you bet Cotto, DLH, Hatton, Floyd, JMM (along with urine), EM, MAB, Nard, Williams ect.....all are on it. AFterall its undetecable.
My point exactly. If you had a chance to cheat on the lotto without ever getting caught, why not? Pac is winning the lotto everytime he wins. If he can get away with it, why not. I doubt he is juicing but if he is, more power to him, it is up to boxing and NSAC to adapt and catch these people. Pac will be the reason that change is pioneered by boxing and testing agencies even though he is clean. What an effect a great fighter has on everything in the sport.
There is no reason to think Manny is on steroids. Floyd Sr however is a worthless partially ******ed crackhead. With that said people assuming an athlete who passes a drug test is certifiably clean probably need a bit of a wakeup call.
You know, I think Mayweather Sr. and some of the posters on this thread are on to something. I think it's entirely possible that Pac was on an undetectable drug that enhanced his speed, power and chin and enable to shrug off Cotto's best blows like they were slaps from a baby. Really, there's absolutely no proof he didn't take drugs like that, since they would be undetectable, because otherwise they wouldn't be undetectable drugs, they'd be detectable drugs. And who would be stupid enough to take undetectable drugs? So I definitely think we should listen to Floyd Sr. when he says that Pac had to be using drugs. Likewise, I strongly believe that Mayweather is using an invisible assistant in the ring to push his opponents arms out the way and force his opponent to miss him and then take credit for defensive wizardry. It hasn't been caught because science hasn't yet developed a way to detect this assistant, but there's no way Floyd can prove that he isn't using an invisible assitant in the ring, which is a blatant violation of rules against other people being in the ring during a fight. I really hope someone does something about this, as well as Pacquiao's blatant cheating.
