Agree I am a huge fan of both but this time it's Pac's camp/Arum that is preventing the fight.

 

Its pretty much undeniable that in the past Floyd was ducking Pac when Pac was still looking invincible.
Taking vacations and makingup other random excuses.

But in recent times Pac has looked more beateble and now Arum is preventing this fight from happening this much is clear.
