Wrong, I never put anything on the Hoya fights for both fighters. I consistently stated that those were money fights, with nothing to gleam or gloat about. It is you who actually makes a molehill into a mountain kind of victory. Even when Hoya was prime, I was never sold out on his skillset as I saw him as very robotic, with poor lower body movement albeit with fast left hook, and stiff jab (that's all). History would prove that he lost most of his big fight. Credit to him though because he really fought tough fights. back to Mosley, I simply stated that Mosley is old and not prime. Did I say he was washed up. For the record, Mosley has a chance to defeat Mayweather. But to answer the previous post if Mosley is old, I think only you will say he is young. I won't even discredit if Mayweather wins because it is simply not my style. But let us call a spade a spade. Do not make it look like Mosley is young.
I never called mosley young or tried to call Mosley young. It was you who Mosley old as if he is shot and washed up. You never stated that you thought he was not prime but that he was just rather old. And Hoya was the number 1 LMW in the world. To speak as if it has no value is insulting. DLH did lose a lot of big fights but he also won some, and deserved the nod against Trinidad. And was cheated by Mosley the 2nd time. They were close tough fights but because he didn't get the nod in majority of them you discredit him. Whatever, the point is, DLH was the best LMW in the world at the time. That has to count for something?
Did I say he was shot??? I stated he is old and that was even as a reply to another post. The Hoya fight must count for something? Sure. I said it was a good victory but not like defeating SRL in his prime kind. Notice a molehill analogy???? Is Mosley old??? Because you seem to have problem with numbers. And I won't even go to details. I categorically deny that Mosley is shot. Period. Old, definitely in boxing years, but shot? Is he prime? You seem to hate it when someone answers truthfully. That answer was without bias or a way to denigrate Mayweather because you seem to be sensitive when someone does it. What is the acceptable answer then????? Mosley is not old - that's it!!!!!! As to Hoya, that is just personal opinion. I never liked him even immediately post-olympics. I find his style very robotic. I am sure that I am entitled to not like someone. As time past,my dislike just grew especially when everything become money.
Like I said, you speak as if he is shot when you say he is old. You never said it was good a victory but nothing to gloat about. Mosley is old but when talk as if he is old, you speak as if he is done as a fighter. I categorically deny that Mosley is shot. Period. Old, definitely in boxing years, but shot? Is he prime? No I hate it when someone is a hypocrite. You spin what you say and take what I say and spin it as well. When you type Mosley is old, you type it as if he's done as a fighter as Ive stated before. You wont say he is a top fighter because it doesn't help your argument with Pac vs Floyd. By calling Mosley a top fighter still you would have to give in that Mayweather has selected a fighter you never thought he would fight and a fighter better than Clottey. Also, even then, Clottey is still coming off a loss.
Boxing needs this Mayweather-Mosley fight. I am hoping this get made. It'll make boxing interesting for me and for everybody. I think most pac fans will share the same hope. This fight isn't even open to question if it will be signed. This fight is on the level of: IT MUST HAPPEN.. "MUST".. SO IT SHOULD and IT WILL.. That's how trapped both fighters are.
As a Pac fan, I would rather have Pac be the first to possibly put an end to Floyd's 0, but looks like Shane will get that first.
The problem with you is you put words into someone's mouth. The statement that Mosley is old is an answer to a question. Now you can not even say that Mosley is old without you putting a spin to it. Idiot. I am jsut referring to a chronological age, and if you don't get that, do I have to spell it out for you. Did I ever mentioned Mosley's record???? Did I ever mentioned his previous losses????? You being paranoid jumped again to conclusion. Understandable because that seems to be the trademark of a Floydette nowadays. You try to read between lines. I simply categorically stated as a statement that Mosley is old, now you want me to state that he isn't?? You can't debate with me because when it comes to personal opinions, no one is right (but if you want, I will oblige you hoiwever knowing your history, it is a worthless exercise). My OWN personal opinion is MOSLEY IS OLD, AS IN CHRONOLOGICALLY OLD and although not in the original mix of discussion, NOT PRIME AS WELL. Now, your personal opinion is that Mosley is young, I will leave you with that. Now if you can post an earlier one wherein I categorically connected Mosley or stated that mosley is shot.
I never put words in your mouth, I said the way you speak, you make it out to be. Two different things. Like I said above. atsch Did I? Losses have nothing to do with it, by you calling Mosley old, the way you put it is that he's shot as a fighter. Ive stated this a times and you don't deny it. You just say that Im not getting you. Which is clearly the opposite you can't seem to read what I am saying. I never wanted you to state that he isn't. ****, you can't even understand what I am typing. My opinion is that Mosley is young? Where did I ever state that? Now, you want to talk about putting words in someone mouths? Quit lying and bullshiting. I never stated that, I said the WAY YOU SPEAK when you say Mosley is old.
lol, as usual, you just danced around the guys questions and didnt reply with anything worth writing.
You haven't even read the whole topic. You've read two post. Get back to me when you actually do. Which will be never.
I will watch Mosley vs Mayweather IF it happens. So far there has been no solid news about this fight. If Mayweather beats Mosley, the image that has been branded on him as a cherry picker will fade since Mosley IS the linear champ in the WW division who destroyed Margarito.
Same here too. I'm a fan of all 3 fighters, but I would have preferred the order to go: Pac vs SSM, PBF vs winner. The reason is that, however long ago it was (& it happened while PBF was on hiatus), it seemed the most recent of the 3 to call the others out was SSM.
You claim I didn't answer his questions, which he asked two questions, which I both answered. I never said he mentioned Mosley's losses yet he's asking me if/when I did?
