Pac fans-"really" how good is floyd mayweather jr?

Floyd is the best in the world, and PAc's fans know it lol... You can tell by the shitty second place answers they post about Floyd lol...

I don't think Floyd is a threat to Pac's legacy at all. I felt Pac was already greater than Floyd after his wins over Barrera, Morales, and Marquez. Add Diaz, Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, and Clottey to the mix all very dominant wins and I think there is a really big gap between them.

That doesn't stop Floyd from being an ATG himself but its just not the same level of ATG

 

The names on his resume say a hell of a lot. But the context is what needs to be looked at if you're looking at ATG status. Floyd's got 3 of the same names on his resume and 2 of them count more for him than they did for Pac (Hatton and DLH).

Pac probably is ahead in the ATG ranks right now to most but a win over Mosley and another top WW/LMW would put Floyd ahead imo. And of course a win over the man himself.

 

He's a great boxer..No doubt. Perhaps he could even beat Pac, and most of/ if not all the people that Pac's beat.
Know what though? He didn't! Also, as far as greats they have on both of there records (JMM, DLH, and Hatton)...Pac is ahead of FLoyd. Pac destroyed Hatton in 2 (took floyd 9 if I'm correct), decimated DLH (good close decision for FLoyd), Floyd did dominate JMM much better than Pac I'll give him that much, but Pac still managed to get 2 wins.
Yeah, Floyd is awesome no doubt. I find his boxing a bit boring personally, but he is a master defender. He just doesn't have the resume that Pac has, and that's why people give him ****. Mayweather had the chance to fight Cotto, and Clottey, but retired. When he did Pac was fighting around 135 or so. Within a year and half, or two years this 135 pd man moves up, and dominates these guys before Floyd even mentioned there names....

Pac's resume only has 3 big names, but none of those big wins were against those guys in their prime. Floyd's resume overall is better/tougher than PAc's... If PAc retires, history will think he was a cheat who left the game before they introduced testing for PED's... Right now Floyd is ahead of PAc, and it isn't even close if you ask me.

Not sure if Manny's a top 10 ATG yet. He will be if he beats Mayweather and Mosley though.

Its debatable that he is the best of this era. It is not debatable that he is the greatest of this era at this moment, that very clearly belongs to Pac.

OK maybe you can debate he is greater than Pac, the same way Seckbach can argue that Salita is better than Pac... Every credible award/journalist/magazines/websites out there has rated Pac the fighter of the decade. The ring has outright said that it would be ridiculous for anyone else to have won the honour.
