The difference is multiple:
Pac turned PRO at 15. The legacy starts there.
Pac has a very aggressive style, and fused it with athleticism - this style doesn't last long in boxing.
Pac thus came from the lowest weight divisions - something an aggressive fighter NEVER does.
More war torn in pros than ams.
Mayweather being a Flyweight at 15 should emphasise then that Manny is no more drug using than Mayweather.
