None of the names you mentioned were as popular as Manny is right now.
None of them had the endorsements Manny has and will have for years to come. He has appeared in films and done music which he can receive royalties his grandchildren can live off. He still has big paydays in fights, merchandise etc. Much different animal and living in the Phillipines his money can go 10x further.

 

are you kidding man....tyson was on ****ing cereal boxes...video games, parodied on countless tv shows/movies....i think i must have heard the name mike tyson 5 times a day for several years as a kid....from fellow classmates, to relatives, to old ladies at the supermarket

Tyson went to jail. Wtf u talking about. He don't make money when people are doing parodies. He had no merchandise no gift shops, no music and no films and outside business like Manny does. every situation is different.
Manny has tremendous earning power for years to come and his overhead to live well in the Philippines is much less than Holyfield for example who spent 35k a month even during retirement on his electric bill in his Georgia Mansion.
Mike Tyson did not capitalize on his popularity. In his free time he was not singing and acting and setting up businesses not to mention working in the government where one could get plenty of beneficial deals coming there way.
