I see alot of people saying Floyd sold more PPV then Pac.
Did anybody really think that two non Americans were going to sell more American PPVs then Two Americans Fighters with BIG NAMES??:patsch

But Floyd fans say Mosley's not a big PPV seller but his MUCH more know then CLOTTEY is even in AFRICA.....

50 50 is fair just like the first time they negotiated

Comparing Floyd/Mosley to Pac/Clottey is unfair. Pac/Cotto is a better comparison.

I don't think anyone is comparing them just off the Mosley and Clottey fights to be honest.

:good Floyd is definately a bigger draw if you compare the same fighters they have fought, but 50/50 should be fair.

What impresses me about mayweather draw power is the fact that as a defensive fighter he can still get people to pay to watch him fight.

    *******s

floyd fans are saying floyd is the bigger draw, BUT he should just go 50/50 to get the fight made

*******s are looking for ways to NOT get the fight made

If it's not 50/50 the fight will probably not happen. It's already tough enough to get Pac to concede to the Olympic style drug screening, there is no chance Pac's camp will do this and take less than half.

That's not quite right. Pac didn't start having star power until after he fought De La Hoya. Then his momentum built when he knocked out Hatton. So it's not even correct to compare common opponents.
When comparing drawing abilities you have to compare with what they can do today. For example, in movies, it's irrelevant that an actor was popular or not even 1 year ago, as long as they are popular today they will get the big bucks. This is the case for both Floyd and Pac.
