Hopkins works for GBP, he has a stake in Pacquiao vs Mayweather. GBP will most likely negotiate for Floyd. I'm sure Hopkins is trying to prod floyd to make the fight by building his confidence. The fight might happen and both can die happy with their fans not arguing about idiotic drug tests.
Neither will ever be ranked with the real top tier ATGs because the elite faced each other for far less than $50m without half as much trouble. Funny thing is... if they do fight & the loser still puts up a good fight, the loser will be respected more than either guy if the fight doesnt happen & still be ranked alongside the top tier ATGs with ZERO question marks against their placing.
As of right now Pac will escape without prejudice Floyd will be harmed, because it will say he ducked Pac. Also both will be considered ATG but Pac will be above Floyd.
