Any other examples of him fighting on the backfoot other than a 5 second gif?

if it was 98-00 with odlh tito quartey mosley norris whitaker at ww-jmw floyd and pac would keep their asses down at 135-140 i highly doubt they'd go up in weight to challenge them

How do you guys think they would do against JC Chavez & Meldrick Taylor ??? at 140 lbs

Only because Pac is somehow becoming more and more underrated as time goes on. As for Pac vs Oscar, styles make fights. You can think differently of the result, but even disregarding that everything I said in that post is true.

Oscar doesn't like southpaws, fighters who are faster than him, fighters who have good footwork and use angles. Meanwhile, Pacquiao loves left hand dominant fighters. He feasts on them. Barrera, Oscar, Hatton, Cotto. Those are all some of his best performances, because styles make fights.

When you can actually put together a sentence and come up with a better argument than "pac has no technical ability he gets hit in the face he throws punches lol", get back at me. Pac is not a slugger, he is not a brawler, and the sooner you figure that out the better.

If you were trying to tell me that Pacquiao's defense is lacking, then sure, I would agree with you.

He throws about 3 punches while going backwards against what you consider a 'prime' Hatton.

That's not fighting on the backfoot.

    with all tito-pac comparison...

    pac greatest wins at 140-147

    hatton
    cotto
    clottey

Hatton wouldnt last 2 minutes in the ring with trinidad....

Cotto would have been knocked out within 3 rounds

Clottey would get destroyed just like Mamadou Thiam did

Could Pacquiao beat Prime ODLH , Vargas, David Reid, ? Pernel Whitaker ? 3 gold medals 3 GOLD medals !

Looks guys pac is a great fighter just a bad matchup for him to bang with Tito as Pac success falls on essentialy beating up his opponents and that wouldnt happen against Tito pac is a FIGHTER he likes to get into exchanges and against Tito he'd die by sword !

This thread is just one more reason why this fight needs to get made.

This is Michalczewski vs Jones, Lewis vs Bowe all over again if it does not happen.

give it up toon toon. Manny fought off the backfoot for the majority of the hatton fight, and destroyed him 50x worse then Floyd did. He caught Hatton with so many counter right hooks, you'd think it was target practice. Floyd couldn't even land on Hatton with that kind of accuracy. :deal

You contradict yourself, Trinidad moved up 3 weight classes and KO'd an opponent that natural middleweights couldn't even put on the canvas. Trinidad lost his fights far from his optimum, 2 divisions north of his best and yet you use weight jumping to prove a point with Pacquiao? How the **** does your mind work? Felix Trinidad was one of the most dominant fighters at WW. And he ripped through 154lbs like the ****in monster he was.

Boy your posts are a complete mess.
