Pac had illegal loaded gloves. Thats why Margarito swelled in 1st rd/ has broken face

I keep hearing a rumour about Pac and "green cards".

Margarito didn't want to get KO'd. He "threw" the fight by decision loss, just like Clottey did.

Margarito hardly hit Pac and when he did, they were soft punches, that he was criticized by many , for putting up a "sparring session" with Pac rather than a fight.

 

I am sure this is not the first time you heard this but you need a psychiatrist.

 

The controversy regarding Pacquiao's wraps wasn't an illegal insert, it was that the tape was twisted in between his fingers. First, I can't see how that would actually have an effect on punching, and second, the commission said it was legal.

 

before the fight, as we all saw on video, Garcia comllained to the Texas commission that he saw Team Pac putting inserts in Pac's warps, and he wanted them -re-wrapped or they're would be no fight.

The Texas commission said that the fight is near, and they dont have time ro re-wrap, That the fight will go on regardless.

and even the HBO crew later mentioned that, that Garcia had complained that there were inserts in Pac's wraps, and the HBO crew said, "well if he(Garcia) saw them, and ohh well, he missed it (he failed to have them re-wrapped)".

 

Not inserts. Twisted tape. And the HBO crew also mentioned (a) that the commission said it was okay and that they were just playing mindgames, (b) Margarito allegedly took some illegal substance before the fight and (c) both of the fighters agreed to drop it.

Garcia was complaining that the tape that Pac had between his knuckles was wider than the tape that Margo had between his knuckles.

That was the controversy.

In the other corner the controversy was that Margarito probably took a substance that has effedrin before the fight.
