The towel would have to come in, while the ref was simultaneously stopping the fight and hitting the 10 count while margo was completely unconscious and the doc would have to come in and resuscitate Margo, ask him if he wanted to continue, then pending his answer, the fight would go on, or it would be a draw. In the case of said draw, Margo could appeal the draw and have it turned into a win were he to have any complaint at all.
