Its kind of hard to rate his chin because of that.... i can say that his chin is hella good enough to withstand his type of offense he commits it in hahahah

With that, its easy to high rate those who are easy to hit (Margo) and who takes ALOT of punishment. Pacquiao never takes alot of punishment....

He wasn't wobbled by the Marquez shot, just off balance. But that combo shows that the way to beat Pac is expose his wildness. If his chin is standing up to Margo, Cotto, Clottey and other big guys then he's not getting taken out with a big shot by anyone at 140, or even 147.
