    Cotto will stop this guy.:smoke

God I hope not. Seeing Cotto getting all these accolades makes me want to throw up... But honestly, he is a damn good Welterweight, and just because he struggled against Clottey, does not make him a scrub by any means.:nono

Pac has not faced anywhere close to the power Cotto will bring. And although Cotto doesn't have the best defense or chin in the world, he will be able to take Pac's power. And his timing is good enough to catch Pac a few times.:good

As soon as he catches Pac in that corner, the fight is over. Done...:-(

pac has not faced anywhere as close to the power of diaz, hatton and hoya....

I say it will be a great fight and whoever wins is the better fighter no excuse and no BS

Cotto is no pushover and Pac will find this out on fight night Roache's prediction is going to come back and bite him in the ass.

Oh I see! No problem with your predictions. I just have one question. In case PAC defies logic (based on your premise that PAC can't handle Cotto's power) and WINS. Not only wins but wins convincingly WILL YOU JOIN THE PAC fans club?!:rofl:lol:

cotto and pacman both have such impressive resumes but i tthink cotto has knocked out bigger fighters and have fought fighters who were supposed to be faster and neutralized them. DLH was 100 years old Cotto is bigger than hatton and in his prime. pac is brave no doubt about that.

I love Manny, but Cotto is no Hatton or DLH.

Cotto is very good and strong. But he also has a very leaky defense and is not a one punch ko artist. Pacman will be twice as fast on his feet and about that handwise. Cotto is a topnotch fighter and Pac is a level above him. Theres no way Cotto is gonna land freely on Pac or just hunt him down. Remember Pac has looked fresh in the 12th after wars,Marquez and Morales. Can you say Cotto will be fresh in the second half?
I see Cotto being very competitive for the first four or five whereafter Pacs speed and power reallt start to pay a toll. Pac will look very strong for this fight and expect him to be close to 140 at the weigh in.

  11. Can't wait for this fight manny is gonna kick that ****ers ass..:smoke

i have nothing against Pac but eventually moving up in weight like he is will get him in trouble. And i think Cotto will be the one who will beat Pac. Pac is a great fighter but he is moving up in weight classes to fight guys who are naturally stronger than him. He did beat Hatton and thats because Hatton wasn't as good technically than Pac was. And Oscar was drained at the fight weight and to be honest basically over the hill, a far stretch from the old Oscar. Cotto is a fighter who is technically sound and will be able to sustain manny's power. Manny is faster and technically better but i don't think he has the power to take out Cotto. This is a different story than saying Oscar was the bigger guy when he faced Manny. Cotto is younger and will be strong at 145 ( i think that is the catch weight). This is a big fight for Cotto and a must win to silence his critics. I rather see manny vs mayweather but Manny vs Cotto is still a intersting fight. Good luck to both fighters!

Cotto is not going to be dehydrated like DLH was. Also, I think we can all agree that DLH was far past his prime.

Cotto needs to make this an ugly foul filled fight if he wants to beat Pac. He also must learn how to clinch as well.
