..... if he is clean. Imagine him getting the bloodwork and showing that his blood is clean of PEDs. It would:

    a. completely demoralize Floyd before one of the biggest fight in history, because it would mean that Manny beat much bigger men naturally, and give him the psychological edge going into the fight
    b. turn the tables on team Mayweather for making baseless accusations
    c. give him an even stronger grounds to sue Mayweather.

On the other hand, if he's doping, he has EVERYTHING (including his legacy) to lose by taking a drug test. Makes you think doesn't it, why Manny is refusing the test.

Also the timing of the tests is crucial here. Who cares if Manny agrees to testing up to a month before the fight. People lose most of their gains in a month anyway without steroids, so fighters doping 3 or even 2 months before a fight might as well dope, it's not going to give them much advantage.
The most crucial time is THE month before the fight, where Arum is refusing the testing.

Then, I applaud him for doing the right thing and look forward to a fair fight. Case settled.
But only IF, he agreed to do random drug testing, blood and urine any time leading up to the fight.
Any other drug testing is a joke.
    Somehow I don't think he'll agree, but we'll see.

What a joke. I mean do you not realize that any gains he may make by roiding 2 months before a fight is insignificant come fight night. It's only roiding in the month preceding the fight that is crucial here, which is where they're refusing testing.

Actually Andrew, Manny has alot to lose if he submits to Mayweather's demands. Even if he is clean, he will still be mentally distracted and render himself unable to compete to the best of his ability on fight night.

Floyd already knows Manny beat them fairly. This is just him playing mental games. Pac's results coming out clean won't make a blind bit of difference to him.

With or without the tests, these accusations will always remain baseless.

    True

Again, Manny's refusal to do the random tests, is simply just Manny's refusal to give in to Floyd's demands and engage in his games
