Yeah, no leverage. He'd be lucky to get 90/10.

Actually, the dollar is not in good shape around the world. Not many people care about dollars anymore.

Yep, Manny is the natural successor to De La Hoya as the undisputed superstar of the sport.

Not only is Mayweather the 2nd best fighter of this era, he is also the 2nd most popular.

To get that #1 spot, he needs to beat Manny.

    Manny needs nothing from Mayweather.

of course he has leverage. who else will provide that kind of money or enhancement of legacy besides pac? be objective, you are talking about the current p4p #1, only 7 weight division champ, only 4 weight lineal champ who sold 50000 tickets to his last fight. surely that carries leverage against any fighter.

Question: What about if Manny decides to fight Shane and beat him more convincingly than Floyd??
If he does that he would have vctories over Cotto and Mosley. If he does that he could even ask for 60/40

Everybody wants to see an MP/FMJ fight. Their egos won't allow a big advantage for the the other side. An agreed compromise from both camps has to happen for this fight to occur.

If the fight last night breaks the record for PPV buys then Floyd doesn't need Pac ... he solidified his status with a win over Shane Mosley ...

Mayweather doesn't fight for legacy, remember? After last night I"m sure they'll kick off the p4p ACTING king and put Floyd back where he was at before he retired.

I had the fight at 11-1 for Mayweather. I think by now everyone knows the difference in styles between Mayweather and emmanuel will give different results in fights. I don't see how emmanuel could top last night's performance. This is the same Mosley that roach refused to put emmanuel in the ring against.

I know they only count US PPVs when working the numbers.

Not a ******* here. I think Floyd can beat him, but it wont be easy. What I don;t understand is blind fans hugging their idol's balls. Floyd got an important win last night. But Manny also have a KO victory against a guy who beat Mosley before Floyd. The whole BS about Floyd deserving more money just because he is american is discriminatory, racist, and disgusting.
