How's Manny Pacquiao's camp coming? "Manny's doing well. He just finished 10 rounds. It was a good workout, everything's on track. We have a little press workout in San Diego tomorrow. Overall he's doing great."

BT: How's his power compared to 130?

FR: Yesteday he weighed 144 at the mandatory weigh-in, so he's right where we want him. We'll be 135 by fight time. He's a lot stronger, he's not gonna kill himself to make weight (at 135). His power and speed are coming very well. He'll be even stronger.

BT: Oscar De la Hoya is looking for a big name for September now that Mayweather retired. As his trainer what would you recommend?

FR: I'd love that. Manny loves that. We were talking about it today.

BT: Have De la Hoya's people contacted you about it?

    FR: No.

BT: What are there things in Oscar's game that Manny could exploit?

FR: Well, you know, I think we have too much speed for him. I think our foot speed and hand speed would be too much for him.

BT: What was your final verdict of Hopkins/Calzaghe?

FR: You know, I think they might've given the fight to Bernard if they were scoring it on effective punching, but it could've gone either way. Calzaghe threw more punches.

BT: There were rumors of Mayweather/Manny at some point. Was this ever real? What would've happened?

FR: We never dicussed that. Manny really wants Ricky Hatton. I know Manny could beat Ricky Hatton. He's the same size as Ricky and he can do everything better.

BT: What do you think of Haye and Klitschko at heavyweight?

FR: I saw David Haye. He's a big strong guy, he's been at cruiserweight. The questioning when a guy is moving up is if he can take the punch of a heavyweight. But it's good for the heavyweight division.

BT: Who do you go with in big versus bigger?

FR: Haye is a small heavyweight. He does have tremendous power. It would be very interesting.

I guess they will take DLH if Hatton is not available. Or they might take both Hatton & DLH. Then we can talk about PBF. It's Happening!!!!

    Pacquaio vs Klitschko.

Pacquaio has too much speed for the big guy, too much power, and fights with two hands now. ;)

Look what Forbes, a Former 130 lbs title holder did to DLH's face??? Pac is much stronger and Faster than Forbes. Pac is the current #1 P4P because he's that good.

As much as I respect roach, honestly he knows Mannys speed wont be a factor not at 147 it wont and DLH will not fight lower than that, I just think at this stage Freddy is trying to hype the fight incase the fight happens but it wont happen whats whipping Manny Pacquiao going to do for de la hoyas legacy? Morales already beat DLH to it.

So let him fight Forbes. For goodness sake, Oscar is at 150. Let it go. Roach is just looking for a huge payday on Pacman expense, his health. I would think you would know about weight classes. Even a light punching WW could hurt Pacman. Weight makes the diffierence. Be happy with Pacman vs Hatton...Guzman...Marquez....Juan Diaz and so much others to finish his legacy and make more money then most heavyweights.

I know about weight Class. If DLH's Prime of course I will favor him to win. But he's not Prime, he's ready to retire. Pac is in his Prime, Current P4P, Longer arms, Faster, Sharper, endless stamina. The only Thing DLH's chance is if he can catch Pac with the perfect shot. But DLH can't put away Forbes, Pac's chin was Proven, he can take it.

Roach also knows what DLH bring as he's the former trainer. Roach knows something we didn't know.

Hey PacDbest what is Manny's normal walking around weight in between fight's, do you know? Cause if he's at 144lbs right now and he's in camp...

This guy is easy 150, maybe 154 walking around.
    I'm curious.
