So if Sergio weighs in at 154, and rehydrates to a 20 - 25 pound advantage over Pac's usual 148 in ring weight, he'll be 168 to 173 pounds in the ring? Sure thing, mate - whatever you say.

Sergio's highest in ring weight is 170; he's never rehydrated more than 10 pounds for a fight, and all of a sudden he's rehydrating 14 - 19 pounds?

Maths and Logic aren't things that you're particularly strong at, are you.

What the flying f*ck is wrong with you homos?

What can't you understand about the fact that THE ENTIRE TEAM PAC said BEFORE AND AFTER the fight vs Margarito and BEFORE SERGIO KO's WILLIAMS THAT THEY WILL NEVER FIGHT NORTH OF 147 AGAIN?

    What the flying f*ck ******s?

If you should know however, when Pac was watching Sergio KO Williams in that youtube video, you know what he was saying?
He WANTS A PIECE OF SERGIO AT 154.
That's how big his f*cking balls are.

I mean seriously, I can understand the sourgraping vs JMM at 144 and not 140, but this Sergio talk at MW is just simply a load of bull.

Pac IS INDEED A SMALL WELTER WHO DO NOT WISH TO DEHYDRATE TO MAKE WEIGHT.
Whether that's a ***** move or not is your call.
But saying he ain't a small welter is just idiotic.

See none of the more reasonable *****s are even posting on this garbage thread.

FFS you kids have too much time hating on your hands.

  3. If the haters could decide, Pac would be fighting at middleweight. Then they could accuse him of ducking super middles.

well look at the difference in height between Martinez and Williams that didnt stop them fighting. pac shouldn't claim to be light middleweight champion if he's scared to fight light middleweights

I doubt you'll find too many Pacquiao supporters (except for the extreme nuthuggers, and who takes them seriously???) that celebrate that LMW title as anything more than a trinket to be honest.

A sham of a title (not the fight, which I thought was fair enough, but the fact it was for a title  )

Pacquiao really is a WW, nothing higher.

well just like many say Pacman is a small welterweight Sergio is a small middleweight. If Sergio hadn't fought at 160 recently there wouldn't be any of this hogwash. Sergio is a career 147-154lber. *******s just want him as far as possible from Pacman yet they okay with fighting a natural 154lb Margarito who was recently kod by equally shot Mosley. Duran would spit on you and smack you upside your head. He fought Hagler,Hearns, and Barkley at JR MW and MIDDLEWEIGHT, not NO CATCHWEIGHT so spare me those lame excuses *******s are the most pathetic. Duran is a real ****ing legend. This bitches only bring this up because they so insecure about Pacman fighting Sergio. Its okay for Pacmans opponents to be at a disadvantage, but not Pacman. At least make it fair. GTFO with that ****.

WoW just..Wow..the hate for Pac is so strong people actually want to see pac fight sergio martinez with a 15+ lb weight disadvantage:patsch have you guys forgotten about Gatti vs Gamache? or are you guys so blinded by hate that you'd actually wish for a fighter to really get hurt.:-(

The margarito fight was a stupid marketing ploy and pac was lucky he dint suffer long term damage and for a fight that he dominated, it wasn't margarito who had to spend a whole week in a hospital. Margarito put pac in the hopital for a week landing only a few clean punches, u can only imagine the damage he could have done if he landed more. but like some one said it seems to be what some people want:-(

Fact is Pac is so far above the competition that he needs to be at a big disadvantage to be challenged. That's just the way it is.

No, but...but.....but..Floyd is too small for Martinez. Floyd never claimed to be a Jr MW....but Floyd says Pac is using PED's so he must....but...but...but...Pac is the one claiming and fighting the bigger men so he must fight Martinez and then move on to Ward/Bute/Froch....but...but....even though Floyd stated he will fight the winner of Martinez/Williams, Floyd is too small....but...but..

****ing *****s. I don't know who are the worst ones though, the *****s or the *******s :yep

As for the OP, you do have a point. Based on those pictures (and those pictures alone) Pac will be too small (size wise) for Martinez. Martinez should just stop calling out Floyd and Pac because they won't fight him. Its a high risk fight for Floyd and Pac which if they were to lose to Martinez their stocks will drop alot. Its like Martinez not wanting to give Pirog a shot because it will be a high risk/low reward fight. If Martinez were to lose to Pirog, Martinez stock will drop. (Even though I think Martinez beats Pirog senseless) Dont do unto others as you dont want them do unto you, and that is what Martinez is doing excatly with Pirog.

Duran came from lightweight, pac is a former flyweight. how is that even fair to expect him to do the same?

    Hatton ko'd by Mayweather
odlh beaten by Mayweather at a better catchweight
    mosley beaten by Mayweather
    marquez dominated by Mayweather
    margarito destroyed by Mosley
    cotto was destroyed by Margarito.

    Whats your point?

Definitely not the GOAT but he's not getting enough credit from you regarding his accomplishments. He's fought some old guys, but none were shot and everyone of them were still top fighters in their respected weight classes. Fighter of the decade isn't just some award that anyone can get. PAC's earn the right be considered the very best in this era.
