Don't expect you to understand this but that is the difference between a real boxing fan and a groupie.

Real boxing fans don't have any problems criticizing even their favorite boxers.

Aren't you the same '**** who accused me of being an "Oscarsexual" even though i've been shitting on DLH for the last 2 days?

    Still confused?:hi:

    i don't agree with this.

example: calderon takes odlh for the same reasons as pac(money), is calderon a cherry picker? :huh :huh

    Very extreme example:lol:

MOst of you seem to be stumped by the absurd notion that it can't be called cherry-picking if you are the smaller guy.:nono

    Jones/Ruiz proves my point!

cherrypicking is picking an easy opponent or any fighter you suppose to beat, and not sacrificing your body for money which pac will do.

The way you put it makes it sound like Pac is prostituting himself,
I'll stick to cherrypicking if you don't mind!

its not even a smaller guy..i could see the point with diaz, but we are talking about fighting a guy 3 divisions apart..

yes you can call that cherry picking on money basis but thats what everyone is trying to do right now call oscar, fighting him alone is like winning the sweepstakes..

Jones moved up 2 div. and was outweighed by about 30lbs and although it was a great feat it was still considered cherrypicking.

If you disagree with that, then you are being consistent with your views and I can respect that!

I'm not trying to convert anyone to my POV, just expressing it!

jones, i think, was expected to win against ruiz. pac was expected to lose against dela hoya

Jones picked Ruiz because it was the easiest way to be a HeavyWeight "champ"
(similiar to what Pac did at 135)

DLH picked Pac it would be a sure way to make money and win a fight.

Pac picked DLH cause it was the easiest way to make that much money.

    ALL cherrypickings!

There's nothing easy in fighting a fighter like dela hoya specially if you are 135 lber. :patsch

It's the faster way but it ain't ****en easy... :deal
