Who has Clottey beaten that proves his toughness or his value as a fighter? He is a can. An opponent to keep Pacquiao busy. However he has a name and he is a welter (unless Cap'n Catchweight flies again) so it looks legitimate.

Meanwhile Floyd had better fight a true welter or higher, and it'd better be someone with a name for him to stay relevant. Of the possible opponents mentioned, Cintron seems to be the only choice for me. However to build legacy and to win the PPV battle, PW would be my choice.
