Barrera was just trying to survive that fight, so its normal Pac didn't look like his usual self.

However i think you're right, and that Pac's focus is starting to wane

He is still good but doesn't have that hunger anymore.

    What are ya'll talking about?

Why would he need to get in a war with Barrera when he could easily outbox him?

Even if the fire is gone.....PAC was still able to beat MAB a LOT more convingingly than Juan was able to do. A fight between JMM and PAC would be a good fight but I don't see how JMM can beat PAC even with the fire being out.

Barrera was just trying to survive for like 9 rounds in the first fight to, and Pac looked much better that night.

Marquez wins a bout with Pacman with relative ease. 8-4.

Pacquiao being more patient and more of a thinker is good if we're talking about Pac's longevity. Hopefully he still has the relentless fire if he needs it.

Pac's not exactly a spring chicken, he's been fighting at a very high level for longer than most 29 year olds and has a more aggressive, energetic style than most fighters.

And JMM's last opponents were any better?

Yeah right, Pacquiao is in his physical prime. Mentally.....that depends on his opponent.

He may have taken MAB too lightly and thats why he went into training camp late for both the Solis and MAB fights and did not look as sharp as before.

I don't think he is in decline. He fought Barrera whose style prevented Pacman from doing his own thing but Pacqiuao still outboxed him convincingly. He is now more disciplined and more improved compared to the first time he fought Barrera. He was one dimensional back then but now he is more of a boxer-puncher which is more dangerous.

If anyone is in decline, I'd rather say it would be JMM. Yes he beat Juarez but he was getting tagged more and more in each fight. Even Barrera was able to drop him and stand toe-to-toe with him.

I don't think JMM will stand a chance the next time he fights the now improved Manny compared to the one-dimensional version he fought.

Pacquiao won every round against Solis and then knocked him out. I don't think he looked bad really.

agreed:good. Pac has been fighting at a championship level long before he was introduced into the conciousness of mainstream boxing fans.

If PAc is in decline, i still haven't noticed it, it would be because of his out of the ring lifestyle more than his fighting style...

If you guys say so. So be it :yep At least JMM will have a better chance to beat pacman :hey . In fact pacman should decline sooooo much so the fight will be more interesting! Imagine what will happen to JMM if pacman fights as fit as when he demolished Mab in 03' and Morales in 06' and he decides to fight fight in a brawl ? :patsch It's gonna be a short night for JMM :good
