Why do people always say this Mayweather can't force Pac to agree just because he wants to fight, as evidence of Pac turning the fight down twice, for all the stuff people talk drug testing in 09" shouldn't have stopped the fight, and considering that when it was 50/50 Pac was only guaranteed 25mil the 40 mil offer shouldn't have been enough to stop the fight then. I'll give Pac credit if he says something besides it's up to my promoter after the Algeri fight.

People spout the "rich coward" thing but even then the only one between the two who actually sat down to try and make the fight wasn't Pac. Lets be honest for a second Arum didn't want to make the highest selling fight of all time why would you truly believe he tried to make this fight. Hopefully it happens next but I would not be surpised if as soon as Pac's nect fight is over Mayweather's name won't be mentioned again until Pac is signed to fight someone else.

Pac is just loyal. It's why he let that scum bag, Ariza stick around for so long after Freddy told him he wanted him out.

Bro when the fight was first announced all the things you say Mayweather would ask for he agreed to let Pacquiao choose and the fight didn't happen because of drug testing. In 14' I think Mayweather is holding out just to be petty but when Pac was shining brightest he got everything he wanted for the most part and still didn't agree now that he's falling off the onus is on him to do something besides say "it's up to my promoter".

So if drug testing was the issue in the beginning, with Paquiao ultimately saying yes to that demand, why hasn't the fight even had a glimmer of being made. Why does Mayweather keep saying Pacquiao needs to sign with TMT to make the fight?
