How? He lost more fights than Floyd, has been stopped twice...and his record against prime comp capable of beating him is basically non-existent!

Lets talk about Whitaker for the moment. IMO he should have been undefeated going into the Trinidad fight. Gold medal winner, his resume is fantastic/multiple weight division champ, and his skills are legendary. There wasn't anything he couldn't do in the ring.

1st. The Barrera 1 win was superb. Absolute 1st class.
2nd. Morales was tooo far gone. I am even surprised he won the first fight to be completely honest.
    3. I scored the 1st fight with JMM a draw and the 2nd a win for JMM.
    4. The lightweight belt he won was against a paper champ. I don't rate Diaz one bit.
    5. The De La Hoya win was great, however he was not the best welter in the division. Great win nevertheless.

Talk to me if and when Pac defeats the likes of Hatton, Margo, Cotto. Until then he is on his way to becoming a great like Chavez, Whitaker and Mayweather. For the moment he is isnt there yet.

wow!!! you sure sound like a hater... he already proved him self against fighter within his weight class before and now you only gonna give credit if he defeats fighter that you never imagine he could matched against before.. i mean he just moved to ww.. if hes not great would you even think that he could be matched against those guys..

Please i beg you to check my previous posts i have made about Pac. I absolutely love the guy.

I said HE IS NOT IN THE SAME LEAGUE AS THE LIKES OF WHITAKER, CHAVEZ ETC. How is that hating?! The man (Pacquaio) is already an ATG! But if you think for one second that i am going to rate him anywhere near Whitaker (at this point in time) you are greatly mistaken.

Others will differ w/ you, amigo. Pac, a former flyweight, has gone up winning from weight to weight. Isn't that something?

Okay, amigo. I respect you PERSONAL opinion. I still believe that Pac's accomplishments as a fighter from flyweight to now a junior welterweight equals if not outweighs the accomplishments of these three fighters considering that he is still active up to now.

Right, pacquiao gets all the credit he deserves, these haters are in the minority... The media already even puts Pacquiao in the same sentence as Henry armstrong... Haters can keep hatin they aint changing a thing.

If Pac beats Floyd, he looks at his rear view and sees whitaker and chavez at a distance.

Pac cant beat a good boxer, look what JMM did to him both fights. If JMM doesn't get knocked down, he wins both fights.

Who did you think would win between DLH and Pacquiao?
When Pacquiao won what excuse did you come up with to justify your own sanity?
