Can you please tell us how does a fighter defend against counterpunchers?

By not giving them openings to counter. Duh.

For instance, punching with his head down lke Pac tend to do.

Hell, that even made Pac greater than we think he is don't we? He completely dismantled a full-pledged WW by being one-dimensional? Pac is not human then...

Heck, that's pretty impressive, 7 titles in 7 weight classes, a dominating win over a top welter all with 1 dimension.

Mayweather is one-dimensional as well, potshot all the way to the bank. His picking of opponents is as one dimensional as it can be also.

One dimensional is what he used to be. Jab, jab, straight left. Watch Pac-Marquez 1. No right hand. Pac-Morales 2 & 3, you start seeing right hand. Pac-De La Hoya, you see Pac actually box and use his footwork as his defense. Hatton fight, the right hook was lethal. Cotto fight, Pac figures out early he can't outjab Cotto. Does rope-a-dope so Cotto might abandon his gameplan. He gets Cotto to engage. Pac beats Cotto in his own game. Uses uppercuts to dismantle Cotto, not his usual punch. Please give your definition of one-dimensional so everyone here knows what you are talking about.

The thing with today's supposed boxing experts is that fighters who always looks to win by KO are considered one dimensional whereas the ones who run and try to win without really hurting their opponent are considered skillful.

So youre saying pac should wait for PBF to start punching so he can counter him. What an amazing fight that would be.Two guys circling around eachother waiting for the other guy to start punching.
Well guess what...Pac knows how to fight counterpunchers,he'll be all over PBF that he wont know what to counter.
