I guess the better question is should he be ranked at all at WW just because of his single non-title fight at that weight division.

no. Thats not the topic at all.

where do you rank him based on how good you think he is as a WW. Thats the question.

Maybe Collazo could get something done. I don't think Quintana has the goods but I could be wrong. Pacquiao hasn't done enough at 147 to say anything for sure.

I think it is about right for having beaten a boxer who was ranked at higher weight division.

All I know is that Pacman has been very lucky beating mexican fighters when they
    are about to retire.

id say thats about right... honeslty... I give him no chance against Margo or Cotto. Other then them, he has a boxers chance against the rest of the WW.

After Pac-Barrera 1, how many years and matches before Barrera retired?

After Pac-Morales 2, how many years and matches before Morales retired?

Lets not even talk about Marquez... because he's been beaten and is not yet retired!

Pac needs to go back down to 135-130 if he knows what's good for him.

Had DLH defeated Pacquiao, where would he be ranked at WW?

if ODLH had KO'd Pac he'd probably be considered around 3 or 4 at WW.

that list sucks...how is berto #9???? I think pac could beat all of them at 147 although I really think berto may give him some trouble with his speed ...he is a prime fighter with great handspeed and a full 147...pac vs. PBF not so much...i want to see cotto vs AM and pac vs PBF...winners face each other in the biggest fight in a LONG time....
