Yea right Stewart. No way in hell he is that high imo. Manny best wins are Barrera, Morales, Marquez, and Cotto. He had already beat Barrera, Morales, and Marquez before Floyd retired. If Manny was ranked so high he would have been top 12 all time great before Floyd left boxing. No list even had Manny as an all time great let alone top 12 before Floyd left. Manny is a great fighter but how can you seriously rate him that high? 30-40 range is where I rank him. Yes Manny has gone up in weight, but Roy Jones went up the same amount of weight. Name one top 12 atg that has not cleaned out a division or wasn't the champion in his division for a long period of time? Manny is a great fighter but he is not that high imo.
