Pac is top 12 all time - Emmanuel Steward

This is what Floyd didnt foresee, that its him who needs Pac. Pac can climb the top 10 ATG w/o him. And coming from Steward, who did nothing to downplay Pac in most fights he called, thats a strong statement. And add the legendary Bill Gallo to the list of placing Pac in the top echelon.

 

i consider gallo's opinion, more than anyone here. that old man witnessed it and i couldnt see any ulterior motive behind his opinion.

armstrong is at least top 3 atg by most. the more i study films of armstrong fights, the more i believe gallo's opinion, and lean towards pac in a fantasy match, with brutal ending.

both fighters are in the same weightclass, both have ko power and fast hands, high work rate and stamina. hank is not a counter puncher. he is a come forward fighter who he exposes his chin, with his hands down low, to pac's straight left while coming in. at inside, he's open to pac's uppercut. pac has decent defense, chin and LATERAL footspeed.

 

No way Armstrong is top 3 atg....Wat da **** u smokin.

 

I have seen lists where he was put at number 1, him,robinson,langford,grebb,ali usually make peoples top 5, in different orders.

when you look at the very best, the top 10

you see a lot of greats, but also, a lot of loses, also they fought a lot of boxer with bad records.

pacman since over 10 years consistantly fought quality opposition and dont come with that past prime crap. morales & barrera were still good when he fought them. marquez was prime when both faced. hatton had great training camp and margarito and clottey were in great shapes, totaly ripped.

he did all that, without having a lot of loses.

 

what? Mayweather is already an ATG...right near Pacquiao. ATG list is subjective. If Mayweather beats Pacquiao he's higher up end of story. Especially when he makes it look easy.

 

I said top 3. Ali, Robinson,Johnson in any order.

 

I dont know about that, it will be close then. It would help mayweather a lot. If pacquiao were to win that would make him top 10 in a lot peoples eyes i guess.
