dont believe what u hear. we substantiate everything based on facts. Pac's political aspiration is well documented in the Philippines. His every moves is in local televisions, local newspapers, local tabloids.

Last time he ran, for the same possible seat in the house of congress, he indeed lose by around 63k votes. u call that a lanslide, its up to you, maybe on an around 200k registered voters. but what does it mean to you? that he could lose again based on that assumption? if ur answer is yes, say so and ill go on further breaking up to you. just dont listen to gossips or joke opinions. he could lose as ive stated but not on the manner you think he will.

The only super athlete, I remember, that walked away in his absolute prime and never to come back is Barry Sanders. I don't expect Manny, if he does retire, to stay retired.

He lost by 63K votes in a 200K field?????

......if your figures are correct, thats more than a landslide!

.....that would equate to about 131,500 votes for the opponent, and 68,500 votes for Pac......thats really an embarrasing figure if Pac was indeed serious in his quest to win that election.

As long that you got money in the phil you will win the election believe me especially for a pretty small congressional seat.

wrong my friend. take the case of pac, he spent some US3M last time around and still lost.

its all about timing, connections, and right affiliations aside from money.

in short, its all about total political machinery as in every political aspirants could have.

My point is that Pac is not going to retire due to political aspirations, because he's not about to win an election.

My point is that the Pinoy is not gullible enough to put their trust and vote for someone just because they love hiim for representing them as a proffesional fighter.

maybe. but dont bet on that. just like in boxing, Pac now is a total package in political arena.

i myself want him to lose, for boxing to gain. but the guy's just so good right now.

Seriously, is pac really considered to be a guy who can make important decisions for the country? Hes a wonderful boxer, but he always appeared to me to be a mental midget. He made a pop album, its horrendous, he can hardly make intelligible remarks.

Pac best thing you can do is keep on fighting.

midget? hes got various business empires now my friend and continue to enhance his education. do you honestly believe you will not improve your knowledge and wisdom as you grow old?

though i agree with you, he is still best fighting if given an option.

A fighter like Pac comes probably once in a lifetime, he shouldn't be wasting his prime on politics or any other endeavor. Boxing is what made him and that's where he's good at, I say don't vote for him, let him do this when he's retired.
