    - Manny Pacquiao is still currently Top 2 P4P & WBO 147 Champion. :deal

    - Manny Pacquiao is 2-1-1 (Knocked Marquez down 5 times) Officially.

    - Manny Pacquiao - Better Legacy and higher ATG ranking than Marquez.

    - The only great win on Marquez's resume is that 1 win over Pacquiao, Pacquiao's Resume> marquez's resume.

    - Timothy Bradley> marquez

    After Marquez came doped on steroids for JMM/Pac 4, he made a public promise to take olympic style testing before next fight. However, he once again balked about any additional testing during lead up to the Bradley fight and there was whole controversy around that as well. We all know Marquez roided, ruined his entire legacy, and now seen as a disgrace to the sport :nono

    Marquez took the exact same kind of testing as Pacquiao did in the Bradley. Intentions be damned, such testing is either sufficient to conclude both are clean or neither.

    Regardless, this has nothing to do with Pacquiao's side's reluctance to agree to be drug tested before the third and fourth Marquez fights.

    Nope. Jmm has been on gear since well before the 4th pac fight, imo.

    I was seeing slippage from pac before the third fight so it made sense to me that he would continue to slip.

    So no I dont really agree with those scenarios.
