IF the fight is made, WHO TAKES IT? factor in things like emotions from the last 3 fights, and mistakes that were made in the 3rd that both sides can fix or strengths that can be prefected and come up w/ a logical pick for the 4th fight.
JMM nulified the speed factor by having better timing. JMM did concentrate on his defense more and he was not outboxed by Pac. Marquez put on a great display of counter punching. When Marquez doesn't get overly aggressive, he becomes more difficult for Pac. JMM is too smart than just standing there in front of Pac and trade with him, you already saw that he can make adjustments. I saw Marquez hang in there with Pac the whole fight and not just short stretches.
I think JMM loses and loses bad, I think that when you feel you've been robbed 3 times against the same guy it would be hard for anyone to motivate themselves for a 4th fight, I think JMM's heart just wouldn't be in it and he'd just go through the motions, either get KO'd or lose a lopsided decision, I feel JMM was robbed in the 3rd fight, but I honestly don't want to see a 4th, this was probably the last great fight JMM had in him.
therein lies the problem. he is more successful when he sticks to counterpunching and anticipating pac's offense. but at the same time, he needs to be more offensive to get the nod from the judges. however, in doing so, he risks being hurt seriously by pac. i think it's stalemate for both. marquez can not be any more dominant over pac unless pac becomes way too careless with his offense. jmm's offense relies on pac's mistakes. and pac can't get too offensive at it'll present more to jmm.
