If I went with how I truly felt, then I'd be dismyed at the Super Six, light and super fly, Wilfredo Gomez's standing as the greatest super bantam of all time, I can barely bring myself to acknowledge the Cruiserweight division even now.

I just get it out of my head. Good fights. Just good fight, that's all I wanna' see nowadays, that is hard enough with the ease of grabbing belts, or moving up a few lbs to become a 'multiple weight World champ' and possibly shirking a top challenge from a guy in the division you were already in.

I just wanna' see good fights, as long as someone isn't going to be at risk of injury (i.e making Paul Williams drop to 140 to face Bradley for instance )

I'm not even certain that giving up lots of weight is a disadvantage, it's how you're able to implement your style on your opponent and use what you have.

Yes, Floyd Vs Pac would be amazing. It'd been even better this time last year. Would you hate that fight if Floy said he couldnt give a **** about Mannys title like he did with Shanes? And then they agreed to a 145lb catchweight?

I'm happy to see two competitors going in with each other, now more than ever less of a common thing.

on the question about Floyd-Pac? Nah, because I'd basically take that **** in any shape or form nowadays, we've been royally ****ed over as fans in terms of that fight now. I keep telling myself I don't even care about it anymore, **** them. But the reality is I'd be elated if it happened. As you say, it would have been better last year, ****ing twats.

Anyway, I'm off for a bit now. Good speaking. I can let my frustration out here ina constructive way without having abuse hurled at me too, this is now home:lol::deal

    later boys:good

Ok I'm not even going to edit this, I'll let you take the ****, I've just realised you meant there is a film by the same title as the book I'm reading, it says on the front cover 'now a major motion picture'

    ****inghell

    Ok I'm actually out now

This is a massive failure in logic

PAC can fight bigger guys more effectively than Marquez, we know that

But head to head they are closely matched and PAC has not bulked up, he's just moved up

These guys will not weigh too much different than last time they met will they?

I was referring to Teeto saying how he felt weight classes were there for a reason. My point was, if I remained true to my purist nature, then super middle would be one of the divisions that **** me off. 168 used to be a good weight for a light heavyweight, why not now? Many great middleweight were around the 11 stone mark, now those guys have their own division.

As I say, history shows that you can overcome a bigger fighter if you're gold enough. Sometimes a few lbs, sometimes many more. In the days before numerous weight classes, catchweight fights were the norm. And to accomodate 'super fights'. Even Zarate-Zamora, the perfect Bantamweight clash, was held at a catchweight!

As recent as Chavez-Sweet Pea, which was at 145.

I'd love boxing to go to ten weight classes.

    105
    112
    118
    126
    135
    147
    160
    175
    190
    190+

People say that this era is weak..... I'm not convinced that that's entirely the case. The talent spread is too thin, with multiple titles that's magnified.

Some weight classes are separated by a Big Mac and chips. ****ing madness.
