Fighting DLH was a no brainer. Win win situation for Pac.

Exactly, can't/won't vote for one. All these guys are on the same level when it comes to heart and guts.

Wrong, Pacquiao was threatened to LOSE his #1 P4P status going into this fight if he lost and DLH was being insulted day and night for ruining greater fights for Pac at lower weights by being "greedy" to lure Pacquiao into this one.

Pacquiao had A LOT to lose going into this one and his #1 P4P status was one of them.

Wow. I never thought I'd place Marco Antonio Barrera LAST in a "biggest heart" contest! I have it a 3 way tie with Morales, Pac & JMM. Taking nothing from MAB, a mexican legend, but he falls just short of the rest of that pack.

Stop it................................. Most people didn't give Pac a chance to win this fight and he was making the biggest purse of his life, so he had nothing to lose!

He might have been dropped a notch or two but his overall PFP status was not going to suffer irreparable damage and the huge rewards were more than worth the risk!

but it must be considered in the overall ability of a fighter...

Barrera has always been a true warrior. He used to fight off pure heart in his earlier career, then he changed to boxing more when he fought Hamed.

It's not something that you can easily judge like other categories.

Something like speed, power, defense, stamina, they're all much easier to gauge.

People often say **** like "no one had a bigger heart than Ali/Gatti/Ward/Fullmer,etc...".

You can't measure it like you can other attributes. Who's to say Joe Frazier wanted to win more badly and would go through more hell than Rocky Marciano, or vice versa? How do you know Arturo Gatti had any more or less heart than Matthew Saad Muhammad?

It's not like you're comparing Joe Frazier to Acelino Freitas.

Some guys show more heart because they have to due to their styles.

it's really hard to only choose one. erik, pac and jmm tied at 1, mab at 2.

Check out MAB/McKinney........that might convince you to put Barrera "tied at 1" with the other 3!

The main differences were Taylor's crappy finishing ability, and Pavlik's accuracy with his jab and right hand.

I can't figure out if you're trolling, really as stupid as you posts suggest you are, or both.

I genuinely do not think this question can be answered.

All four have shown incredible heart at times.

Morales will likely win because of his "heart on his sleeve" image, despite the fact he chose to stay down in the third Pacquiao fight to avoid further punishment, unlike Barrera in the first Pac fight who was taking an absolute shellacking in that 11th round but would not take a count to end it.

In saying that, I still think Morales had great heart too.

All four have enormous hearts. This question has no answer IMO.
