barrera was perhaps the best finisher in the last 20 years

There is no debate. El Terible wins by a landslide.

im surprised he is only ranked third...but JMM really displayed tremendous heart in the first fight against pacquiao..

but i really felt that morales is more of a warrior compared to the other three...but all of them have bigger heart than any of the great welters of the last 25 years

morales just loves drama inside the ring...true warrior, i miss him. rare combination of of ATG skill and iconic heart...he allows himself to get hit just to keep the entire crowd's adrenaline pumping...

Morales quit against Pac in their third fight . . . while Pac continued on despite a nasty cut in their first fight.

Just wanted to point that out. :D

It will be either Pac or Morales but I just can't pick on Marquez. He is always crying and whining about "him" being the winner of the first and second fight against Pac.

Stop it already Marquez, whats done is done :patsch

I'll go with the man who traded bombs with his mouthpiece off.

But I cant deny Morales, he is so close.

Dude this aint a fair poll

Why put 3 guys with great hearts down at the expense of one other?

    I hate polls like this

Im tempted to say Morales and Marquez, but thats not fair on the other two

I would say the biggest heart among the 4 would belong to JMM. Heart is determined by the ability to face adversity and will yourself to continue on even in the face of uncertain odds. Pac knocked down Marquez three times and yet JMM still fought on. Jaca cut him pretty bad and he could have quit right then and there and yet he still continued. And imho, among the four he could be considered the chinniest but he has fought some of the pfp hardest punchers in the form of MAB and PAC.

I went for Marquez he was floored 3 times in round 1 had his nose broken and still went 12 rounds with the current pound for pound number 1 and biggest pound for pound puncher and pushed it to a close decision. Thats heart! Morales is close second because he put on wars which he didnt need to get in to turning southpaw in the last round with Pac when he was ahead things like that is what makes El Terrible the man!
