Floyd has nothing to gain & everything to lose from this fight,Ortiz has everything to gain. Meaning all out war. I'm buying.

Starpower will sell more so it will be bigger in that sense, but Pac-JMM has more potential to be a FOTY candidate. I'm buying both.

I'm a ******* but there's no denying Floyd/Ortiz is bigger. JMM have no business fighting PAC at Welter. At least Ortiz, though 7-1 underdog is young have power and is a Champion. :thumbsup

Who will the Mexicans support more, Marquez or Ortiz?

    JMM is mexican.

    Ortiz is mexican-american.

That alone makes a very big difference in Marquez favor.

If you add the Ortiz quitting against Maidana(Which goes against the machismo culture in Mexico) and that Marquez is fighting a guy that is also known as "The Mexicutioner", i think its obvious that the vast majority of mexicans will support Marquez more.

pac/marquez will not be competitive at all, marquez could hardly handle mannys power at 130.manny droped him 3 times in the first fight, now imagine what pacs gonna do to him at 144 and mannys a way better fighter than he was then and marquez is not.dont get me wrong i love jmm but he is in way over his head on this one.i see mayweather/ortiz being the more competitive of the two fights,i dont think like most people that floyds gonna walk all over ortiz,i see it more as floyd fighting going backwards all night throwing as few punchs as he can and still win the rounds.i believe after mosley rocked him he will be more afraid than ever to get hit and will be on the bike all night.this fight will be vintage floyd mayweather.

Right now Pacquiao is an 8/1 favorite.

Look for Ortiz to get screwed by the judges or will GBP tip the scales in favour of a Pac/Ortiz showdown seeing Floyd will never get in the ring with Pac. What best for Vegas will always factor in how a decision goes.

I refuse to line mayweather's pockets just so he can retire again for a year and a half, but it is honestly the more intriguing fight and has a much, much better undercard. F*ck Top Rank and Arum.

Pac/Marquez will still be more competitive than Ortiz/Mayweather. Mayweather will win 8 out of 12 rounds IMO. Unless Victor can actually land the left hook.
