Love JMM but Pacquiao should knock him out I don't know why people say it should be a competitive fight. If it will be I'll lmfao as Pacquiao would be VERY overrated and shouldn't be considered great(neither should Floyd for any matter). He's still not beating him with as much ease as Mayweather did even though that was an exhibition. Still, a competitive fight? Don't see it although there's a chance(very low one imo).

No closure needed for the people who don't wear rose tinted glasses. Pacquiao won a very close fight, and drew in the other.

Here are some of my random thoughts as a fan of both Pacquiao and Mayweather.

That 2lb disparity is not what lost jmm the fight with mayweather, it was skill. JMM is simply not in Mayweather's class. Mayweather beat De la hoya at his weight, gloves, ring, and apparently judges too. That fight was not as close as people say it was. Hatton already had his chin cracked by Mayweather, and Hatton refused to follow Sr.'s game plan. Mosley was high off his win over Margarito, and gave Mayweather a very good 2nd round. Mayweather fought a better Mosley. Coming off a loss and a draw, Mosley only showed up for a pay check against Pacquiao. However, a testament to Pac's power, he is only the second person to put Mosley on the floor. Pacquiao's win is only better only because he put Mosley on his ass.

Mayweather has a good chin, and I would say that it is severely underrated. Just because you get rocked doesn't mean your chin isn't good. Sure he took some good shots from Mosley, Judah, and Corley, and Augustus. Pacquiao has decent boxing ability and head movement. I can't believe people say that Pacquiao doesn't have good head movement. Also, Pacquiao's defense is way under rated. Pacquiao lost 3 times...sooo what! Its not a strong arguement. Castillo gave Mayweather a hell of a fight! People forget how dirty Castillo was fighting dirty (hitting behind the head, holding and hitting) and how Mayweather had a torn rotator cuff. Just because you had a tough fight doesn't mean you lost.

Truth is that Mayweather and Pacquiao have been very well managed for the last few years. One more thing, just because a fighter is unbeaten (Mayweather) or hasn't lost in a very long time(Pacquiao), does not mean that they are unbeatable.

Very well managed when truth is, apart from each other, between both of them, they beat the best out there.

Unless these guys are going up against each other, everyone else is just fodder. That's how far ahead these 2 are.

JMM is a great fighter, and if he carries this weight well, would give Pac his toughest fight since their 2nd fight.

They are indeed the best out there. I just the think that the timing in which they fought some of there opponents was very well managed. For example, the Mayweather vs Mosley fight would have been a lot more meaningful had it occurred in september 2009.
