He is extremely special. He turned pro at 106 and won titles from 112 to 147, I think only skipping 115 and 118. He's an all time great and he's still got more to do. Floyd won't get near him. :smoke:smoke

He lost to Morales and drew with Marquez(when in reality Marquez had his number and beat him in both fights).

Let him beat Mayweather first. Then I will be convinced.

He would be in my Top10 of all time if he beats Mayweather.

Right now I have him Top15...and he is the greatest fighter since Leonard.

His last 3 wins have been smart matchmaking although still very good performances considering he has come up from 106 originally.

But De La Hoya was shot and they knew it. Hatton just came of a loss and Cotto was still recovering from the Margarito loss. Now Pac and his crew could never now how much Hatton or Cotto had left but they knew that this would be the right time if Pac wanted to fight them.

There is no doubt that he's an ATG, but of "all time," no..

Delusional statement. Pacquiao right now is the best fighter of our generation but winning world titles today is not the same as it was 50-60 years ago. You had to beat the man to become champ and there were not as many weight classes back then.

Pacquiao is special as after last night he is a top 25-30 ATG in my book but Ray Robinson, Sam Langford, and Harry Greb he is NOT. Or not yet anyways.

If he beats Mayweather he might move into my top 15 though. That would be a colossal win.

6 Hall of Fame Fighters, 6 KOs, pretty damn impressive.

For Emmanuel Steward (picked Cotto to win) to mention Pac's name in the same breath of Ali & Ray Robinson, that's a glowing endorsement.

I, a self-professed "*******" do not have him "quite" that high as of yet. I'll give him top 10-15 right now. However, if he convincingly defeats Mayweather AND one more top notch opponent (Mosley?) THEN I don't think he can be denied TOP 3 ATG status. It will be Robinson, Ali AND Pacquiao-believe the hype!

How? Pacquiao would never beat Sugar Ray Robinson.

Oh come on. Im impressed with him too and all.. But come on.. Not there yet, at all.

    SRR beat:
    Jake LaMotta
    Henry Armstrong
    Tommy Bell
    George Costner
    Jose Basora
    Artie Levine
    Jimmy Doyle
    Kid Gavilan
    Bernard Docusen
    Randy Turpin
    Rocky Graziano
    Bobo Olson
    Gene Fullmer
    Carmen Basilio

    And there might be more..

Just an example. pac is nowhere near yet. (likely wont be neither)
