Hatton didnt come off a loss, he came off a very good performance in stopping and dominating Malignagi, who is doing pretty well right now for himself. Only DeLaHoya was shot although jugdging from last nights performance maybe he wasnt shot afterall just got whooped by a better man.

Just because Pac is so dominant doesnt mean that all of his opposition is shot. How the hell can Cotto be shot at 29 coming off a win or Hatton at 29.

No not really. The other one's a draw and Pac beat him in the second fight. And I'm not talking about the official records either.

And just how would you expect Manny to be defending his titles when he's too busy moving to the next weight??? He could and would but he can only fight one fighter at a time.

He fought Cotto and wise cracks say he ducked Mosely, if he fought Mosely, the other wise cracks would say he ducked Cotto. Same explanation!

  8. He didnt knock Marquez out.

Manny is amazing, and I was very impressed with his win last night. HOWEVER Manny's run is abit misleading. In many ways it reminds me of Delahoya has he was moving up thought the ranks and weights. One of the Major differences is Manny as really only fought three or four fighters that were actaully bigger then him. Moving up and fighting guys that are also moving up is misleading. The guys that he has fought on his run are also misleading, all of the guys that were the top guys were coming off of getting beat down a fight or two ago. What Team Pac has really done well is timing just like Oscar did. Fighting big name fighters at the end of thier careers and getting credit as if he was beatting prime fighters at the top of thier game, when is the last time that Manny has fought a fighter coming off of a career best fight??? when is the last time that he has fought someone that hadnt lost in a three fight period or had some of the worst showing of thier careers.

Manny is amazing as I said but when you start talking about all time you have to contend with fighter that moved a greater amount of weight but didnt have the chance to win titles based on the times and the fact that thier was only one champ in eight weights and not four champions is seventeen weight classes. Or even when their was 3 champions in 14 weight classes. Guys like Archie Moore who went from welterweight to heavyweight, 147, 154, 160, 168, 175, 190, heavyweight by todays standards. No doubt had those weights been there Moore would have won titles in them.

My biggest problem with Manny is the whole weight issue, until he actaully beats a welterweight at welterweight its going to be a cloud hanging over his head just as it was for Leonard and his lt heavyweight title.

Manny is a great fighter, one of the top two of three of his era and for sure top 10 of the past 30 years, but ALL TIME is a tough nut to crack.:good
