Roach is actually talking about Pac fighting Foreman at 154 for the belt.

If he beats PBF then collects another belt at 154 lbs, then I will rank him as #1 ATG with no hesitation.

why not? imn not saying he was better than srr. no way. but in terms of achievement he is right up there if he beats mayweather. when it comes to achievement he will be the best. but he has a rather big obstacle to over come in floyd

Beat PBF and beat PW and he has to be in the top 4 with Robinson, Ali, Duran.

    Yes why not??

There seems to be alot of boxing fans that have drawn a line under fighters from bygone eras as if they are untouchable...

Nobody is doubting the greatness of fighters such as Ali and SRR but I get the impression that no matter what or who comes along now or in the future and no matter how ridiculously good/great they are some fans will always romance over the past and never accept that anybody will ever be as good or better,,

I personally dont buy into this, If Pacman beats PBF convincingly (taking into account also he is 7 weight champ)I see no reason why he cant be elevated to this kind of status.

What more would you want from him???

his resume will be outstanding if PBF is added to it with a W :deal

Pac would have been a dominant force in any era IMHO

im a big pacquiao fan...but if ya tink about it floyd would easily outpoint JMM regardless of weight....floyd fighting wen he was back at 135 wud absolutley destroy david diaz aswell.....he showed how easy it was to beat hatton wen hatton was at his peak and he beat de la hoya at his walking weight of 154 he wud have landed at will if he was in da ring against oscar da same time pacquiao was any1 else agree

PAC is one of the best boxing has ever seen but "THE BEST"???? I don't think so. Not at this point at least. Scary thing is PAC may still get better and there are a lot of meaningful fights he could make to solidify his legacy as one of the best.

If Pac destroys Mayweather then he is the best fighter ever and anybody who disagrees should get a lifetime ban.
